We will send you a photo of the flowers you have purchased as your personal reassurance of quality. This way, you can see exactly what we have designed for your special gift, and be assured that what you have ordered online is what was sent.

Because we send the fresh flowers, the recipient will receive some of the flowers in tight bud form so that they get the maximum vase life out of the flowers. So don’t be concerned if your photo looks slightly different to the image online.

While we strive to deliver blooms exactly as pictured, occasional substitutions may occur due to seasonal availability or stock levels. Rest assured, every replacement will feature flowers of equal or greater value, carefully selected to maintain the freshness, beauty, and artistry you deserve.
