Same-Day Delivery & Cut-Off Times

We offer same-day delivery, seven days a week — because beautiful moments don't wait for weekdays.

  • Order by 2:00 PM for same-day delivery
  • Orders placed after the cut-off may be scheduled for the next available delivery
  • We deliver Monday to Sunday, including public holidays (subject to availability)

We recommend ordering early during peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas to avoid disappointment.

Greeting Card Messages

Adding a personal message makes your gift truly special. Here's how it works:

  • At checkout, you'll find a Greeting Card Message field — simply type your message there
  • Your message is printed on a card and included with every arrangement
  • Please double-check your message before completing your order, as we begin preparing arrangements promptly
  • If you forget to add a message, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to include it

Flower Substitution Policy

We work with the freshest seasonal blooms available, which means occasionally a specific flower may not be in season or available from our growers.

  • If a substitution is necessary, we will always choose flowers of equal or greater value
  • We carefully match the colour palette and style of your chosen arrangement
  • Our florists use their expertise to ensure your gift is just as beautiful as pictured
  • If you have specific requirements or allergies, please note them in your Greeting Card Message field or contact us before ordering

Flower Care Tips

Help your flowers last longer with these simple tips:

  • Trim stems at a 45° angle before placing in a vase
  • Use clean, cool water and change it every two days
  • Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, and fruit
  • Remove any leaves that sit below the waterline

With proper care, most arrangements last 4-5 days.
